Frequently Asked Questions

How does The Rental subscription work?

For $39/week, you receive a beautiful commercial grade Reformer with all of the props you need for classes such as Pilates Box, Jumpboard, Pilates Ring, Pilates Ball, 1kg (2.2 lbs) Hand Weights and access to the Your Reformer App for the duration of your rental period. To place your order, a $300 refundable bond is required. This bond is returned upon successful collection of the Reformer and all rental items in the condition in which they were provided. A $99 delivery fee is required, which includes both the delivery and collection of The Rental. Our minimum rental period is 12 weeks. After this initial period, your agreement automatically continues week to week until two weeks' notice is provided to end your rental agreement. During these final two weeks, we will liaise with you to schedule a collection date. 

Can I choose which Reformer model I want to rent?

Unfortunately, Reformer model selection is not available, and our purchasable models (The Original, The Original Folding, and The Studio) are not utilised for The Rental. The Reformer model selected for our rental fleet boasts commercial grade features that make it easy for transportation and provides the studio experience in your home.

How is The Rental delivered & collected?

Our Delivery Partner will deliver and assemble your Reformer in your designated Pilates space, along with all of your essential Pilates accessories. Once you choose to no longer continue your Rental Agreement, our Delivery Partner will return to collect the Reformer and accessories for you.

How long can I rent for?

To provide the ultimate flexibility for you to have our Rental as long as you need it, your rental just continues weekly until you give two weeks' notice to have us come and collect it.

What is the minimum term?

Our rental agreement is for a minimum of 12 weekly payments and continues automatically on a weekly basis until two weeks' notice is provided to cancel your agreement.
