Love it so much!
My first best purchase was a surgery to restore my eyesight;
My second best purchase was this reformer!

Since I have received my YR Studio I have been using it almost everyday at home around our busy family schedule. I use the app and love all the workouts.

I'm 56 yrs old, overweight female but not total unfit. I purchased the studio reformer as an upgrade from the old total gym I loved. I enjoy the gliding movement and the ease of changing the tension springs as they are color coded. The box accessories is a plus as its nice to sit up than always be sitting on bended knees. I Felt the strength and flexibility improve with in the first 3 days, my clothes are looser too. The burn throughout the video exercises online is real but worth it. I love my studio reformer, its solid, beautifully made and the maple wood looks great with my decor. delivered with accessories within the two weeks which is excellent.

I have never done Reformer Pilates before and was very keen to attend classes but living rural meant to much travel. I purchased the YR Studio a month ago. I LOVE IT. The reformer itself is of a high quality and looks stylish in my room. The app has been perfect for me as a beginner. I have been enjoying it so much I use it nearly everyday.

I have loved my Studio Reformer and have found its construction and assembly incredibly user friendly. However, I found the experience of ordering my machine to be very disappointing. I ordered my machine on a payment plan and received no email about how to set up my payment plan and after a week I reached out to chat support to resolve. I also never received an email about how to sign up for my three months free on the app and had to reach out to chat support. I received so few delivery updates and had to reach out myself to chat support to get information on when my reformer would be delivered. When I did hear from the transport company to collect the machine, their email was harshly worded threatening that my item would be mailed back to sender in a matter of days if I didn’t collect it soon. I also had to collect the machine myself from the transport company’s depot as the machine couldn’t be delivered to my house for some reason that was never explained to me (it felt like cost cutting). I found this to be extremely poor as this is a $4000 machine that comes in one piece in a very large and heavy box. This was not something that could fit in my car so I had to hire a truck which cost me an extra $70 + a $500 deposit. I also see that in other locations the bed will be assembled for you so I feel like I lost out when I live in a major centre (Christchurch) and had to pay more to collect and assemble the bed myself. All the while having emails requesting a review before my reformer had even arrived. As someone who has an e-commerce store myself I am extremely disappointed in this experience, especially given the price point of these products. An experience I would definitely share with anyone who expressed interest in purchasing from Your Reformer.
