Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) or refunds for change of mind where:
- you provide proof of purchase and request the return within 14 days of delivery (for beds) or 14 days of purchase (for accessories and activewear);
- the products are in their original, resalable condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed, altered, connected, installed or attempted to be connected or installed;
- the products are in their original undamaged packaging with all tags and accessories intact; and
- the products are not sale or marked-down items (unless otherwise stated in this policy).
We do not charge restocking fees on change of mind returns.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.
We do not refund original delivery or shipping charges unless required by law.
You may have additional rights under New Zealand consumer law, as set out below.

Where you return a product to us to seek a remedy under New Zealand consumer law, you will need to cover the cost of returning the product to us in the first instance.
Where your claim is a valid claim under New Zealand consumer law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the nature of the failure, either provide a replacement or repaired product, or refund the price of the relevant product.
If you are a business acquiring products for the purposes of trade, you agree and represent that:
- to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and sections 9, 12A and 13 of the Fair Trading Act 1986 do not apply to the supply of the products or these terms;
- Part 3 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 is expressly excluded from application to the products and these terms; and
- it is fair and reasonable that the parties are bound by these terms, including this clause.
