Beautiful quality, easy to set up. Just love it, so glad I took the plunge and bought my reformer, have already used it more in a week than the amount of classes I would normally attend!

The reformer is well built, clean and tidy, functions exactly how you'd imagine and is easy to put together (it is heavy though, a 2 man lift situation). I have the folding one and often I don't even feel the bump from sliding over the break. The app has never given me a problem, it functions as it should and the videos have excellent workouts on it for a first timer like me. I'm very happy with the product and the support so far!
