In the rush of our busy lives, it’s all too easy to put ourselves at the bottom of the list. Between work deadlines, family responsibilities, and the never-ending to-do lists, “me-time” often feels like an indulgence rather than a necessity. That’s why we’ve launched our Happy You Year campaign - a gentle reminder that self care isn’t selfish; it’s essential.
This campaign is about celebrating you, not just for what you do for others but for who you are. Every day, you show strength, resilience, and dedication in countless ways. But when was the last time you paused to recognise that? With Happy You Year, we’re encouraging you to shift the focus inward, to nurture your well-being, and to invest in yourself.
We asked Your Reformer Founder, Emma Stallworthy, what Happy You Year means to her:
The idea is simple: you can’t pour from an empty cup. Whether it’s Pilates, mindfulness practices, or carving out moments to breathe and reflect, taking time to focus on yourself leaves you feeling re-energised, revitalised, and ready to face everything life throws your way. Prioritizing you means that you can show up as your best self; for work, your family, your friends, and most importantly, for yourself.
We know life is busy, and sometimes committing to self-care feels like just another chore on the list. That’s why we want to make “me-time” more achievable. Our Happy You Year campaign is about meeting you where you are, with flexibility and convenience that fit into your life… not the other way around.
This year, it’s all about you. Make your well-being a priority, even in small ways. Whether it’s starting your day with mindful movement, reclaiming a few minutes of stillness, or making the choice to honour your body with practices like Pilates, every little step matters.
Let’s work towards a year of balance, growth, and unapologetically focusing on you. Because when you care for yourself, it creates a ripple effect—making you stronger, happier, and more present for everything life offers.
Here’s to your Happy You Year!
